9 yrs...

Me and Bettina have been married for 9 years today. I can still remember when we were dating and we were trying to figure out how we could be together. Spending a year apart when she went back to Denmark was tough but I think it made us realize how much we really loved each other. I still wonder what we did with all of that free time before Lucas. Its amazing how much you can love some one but I don't think I ever realized how much until we made our family complete with Lucas. 9 years is a long time but nothing compared to a life time that I would like to share with you. Remember the last words I wrote to you before we were going to spend that year apart, for a time are a life time. I think we are on our way to a life time..
